Dear community,
Since we did not have a Thursday Operations call last week, we’ll do a bit of both this week. This week’s call will begin wit a review the proposed OMRS19 meeting theme and objectives as well as consider the following questions:
- In addition to unconferencing sessions, what are some special topics, panels, or working sessions that we can include in the schedule? These can be related to current trends and/or the proposed OMRS19 theme and objectives.
- Of the proposed schedule options, which one will best support our goals for the meeting - and allow people to attend any other conferences back-to-back (if they so choose)?
During the last Strategy discussion, we had a very rich discussion around community decision making, which frequently referenced the Microfrontends’ RFC process. If you were unable to be a part of the discussion, I encourage you to check out the notes. As time permits, we’ll continue our discussions around:
- Microfrontends and migration approach: What key questions do we need to answer to move forward with Microfrontends as a community-backed project? What implementation experiences do we want to call out?
- Next steps for RFC/proposals on community conventions
