1.9.x branch should build 1.9.11-SNAPSHOT

The 1.9.x branch is still building 1.9.10-SNAPSHOT, but 1.9.10 has been released. I guess it should be fixed to 1.9.11-SNAPSHOT? https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core/blob/1.9.x/pom.xml#L17

By the way could we please get rid of 1.9.x.fix branch, 1.10.x.fix branch, etc. ? They cluttered branches list.

@wyclif, can you can comment on the state of those branches?

@raff, yeah, surely if we have released 1.9.10 already then we should be on the next snapshot in 1.9.x.

Good catch @raff about the the version, the same needs to be done in the 1.10.x, 1.11.x branches too, they have wrong snapshot versions. Can’t recall why i kept around those .fix branches, probably we should get rid of them.

I’ve fixed versions in all 3 branches and dropped .fix branches.
